  2. Hello P.M.S. Media! I’m a copublisher/coeditor of make/shift magazine, and we’re going to be doing an event with Bitch Magazine at the Echo Park Film Center in Los Angeles on Sept. 25. It’s going to be a screening and discussion on power and privilege in contemporary feminism. We’d love to screen your video, “Ms. Magazine Takes a Shit in the Ocean.” Is there any way for us to get a copy to screen? Please let me know.
    Thanks! -Best, Daria

    for one: ya’ll are awesome!

secondly (the reason why i am posting this): there is an extraordinarily powerful queer poet/activist (andrea gibson) giving a slam poetry performance this Friday, 10/24 in Willard Straight Hall on the Cornell campus.

Andrea Gibson is a queer poet/activist whose work deconstructs the foundations of the current political machine, highlighting issues of
patriarchy, gender norms, white-supremacy, and capitalist culture.

Her website has videos of her performances. Watch them please! andreagibson.org
